Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in Spanish regarding automotive services via phone, email, and chat

• Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Educate clients on automotive products and services offered

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry, is a plus
