Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in Spanish via phone, email, and chat channels
  • Provide solutions to inquiries related to our products and services
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Collaborate with various teams to resolve customer concerns
  • Educate clients on how to make the best use of our services
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to enhance service quality
  • Engage in regular training to stay knowledgeable about our offerings

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred
