Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional support to Spanish-speaking corporate clients through multiple communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to their corporate accounts, product options, and service concerns.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients by efficiently addressing their needs and fostering trust.
- Educate corporate customers about company products and services to ensure they receive optimal value.
- Log all customer interactions and manage inquiries using the CRM system for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Engage with sales and technical support teams to resolve customer issues and continually enhance service delivery.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, especially in a corporate or B2B context.
- Strong understanding of corporate customer requirements and a professional approach.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with customer service applications and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
