Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Consultant for our Client's Online Ticketing & Event Services Department. In this crucial Entry Level role, you will assist Spanish-speaking clients in managing their events and navigating our ticketing solutions to ensure successful participation and engagement.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized support throughout the ticketing process, from event setup to monitoring sales. Your fluent Spanish communication skills will help build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the best guidance tailored to their event objectives.
Responsibilities
- Assist Spanish-speaking clients with inquiries related to our online ticketing and event services
- Guide clients through the setup of their events and optimize ticket sales on our platform
- Provide training and support on platform features and effective event promotion strategies
- Troubleshoot any technical issues clients may face during the ticketing process
- Document client interactions and maintain comprehensive support records
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback and enhance service quality
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in ticketing and event management
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
- Strong communication skills with a client-focused orientation
- Basic understanding of online ticketing and event management concepts is a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essential
