In this important Junior role, you will be responsible for assisting our Spanish-speaking clients in enhancing their online payment processes, helping them to navigate and optimize solutions that meet their unique needs.
As a consultant, you will provide dedicated support and share your expertise to ensure clients have a smooth experience with their payment systems. Your commitment to outstanding customer service will be key in building strong relationships with clients and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert assistance to Spanish-speaking clients with inquiries regarding online payment solutions
- Conduct training sessions to help clients understand system functionalities and best practices
- Promptly troubleshoot issues and deliver solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and support requests

Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
