Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a position for a Spanish Speaking Agent for our Client's Online Payment Solutions Department. This essential Entry Level role will involve supporting our Spanish-speaking clients in enhancing their online payment processes, ensuring they receive the best possible assistance for seamless transactions.
As a consultant, you will engage directly with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions to help them maximize the effectiveness of their payment systems. Your ability to deliver outstanding customer service will be vital in building strong client relationships and achieving high levels of satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist Spanish-speaking clients with inquiries related to online payment solutions
- Provide training on payment system features and best practices to optimize client experience
- Quickly troubleshoot and resolve client issues to maintain service quality
- Document all client interactions and maintain comprehensive records of support activities
- Collaborate with team members to address complex client needs and develop effective solutions
- Gather feedback from clients to continually improve service offerings
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the online payment landscape
Requirements
- You must be based or live in Greece.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills for effective client engagement
- A commitment to customer service and delivering high-quality support
- Basic knowledge of online payment systems is a plus but not mandatory
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to assisting clients
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic work environment
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is beneficial but not essential
