Mercier Consultancy is excited to welcome a Spanish Speaking Consultant to our Client's IT Support & Tech Solutions Department. In this crucial entry-level position, you will support our Spanish-speaking clients by addressing their IT issues and providing tailored technology solutions. Your role will significantly contribute to enhancing client satisfaction and ensuring effective problem resolution.

Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical problems, offering guidance on best practices, and conducting training sessions regarding our technology products. Your strong communication skills and dedication to exceptional service will be essential in fostering positive relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main liaison for Spanish-speaking clients requiring IT support and technology solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical inquiries and issues promptly
  • Provide clients with expert advice on the best practices for effectively using technology solutions
  • Conduct training sessions to empower clients in utilizing our IT products
  • Document all client interactions, maintaining accurate records of support activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tackle complex technical challenges and improve service delivery
  • Stay informed on the latest trends in technology and IT support to provide informed recommendations

Requirements

  • You must be living in Greece.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of IT support principles and technology solutions preferred
  • Experience in a customer-oriented technical support role is advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Familiarity with technical support tools and software is a plus
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients
  • A keen interest in technology and a proactive approach to client satisfaction is vital
