Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients regarding business software and CRM inquiries
- Assist clients in selecting and implementing the best software solutions for their needs
- Deliver training sessions and workshops to promote effective use of the services
- Address technical concerns and provide prompt solutions to issues
- Keep accurate documentation of client communications and support activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to share client feedback and support service improvement initiatives
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in business software and CRM solutions
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong emphasis on customer service
- Familiarity with business software and CRM systems is a plus
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to effectively resolve client issues
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment
