  • Remain updated on company offerings and industry trends to relay relevant information to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in client relations, customer support, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
