Responsibilities
- Engage with Spanish-speaking gamers via live chat, addressing inquiries and providing support
- Troubleshoot gaming-related issues and offer solutions in real-time
- Document all interactions and outcomes in our support systems
- Guide players on game features, updates, and best practices
- Collaborate with the gaming team to resolve more complex player issues
- Gather feedback and insights from players to enhance service offerings

Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
