At Canaves Collection, we pride ourselves on offering unparalleled luxury experiences. With four exquisite properties, including Canaves Ena, Canaves Oia Suites & Spa, Sunday Suites, and Canaves Epitome, we are dedicated to providing our guests with top-notch service in the cosmopolitan village of Oia, Santorini.

As a Sommelier, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in wine selection and pairings. You will be responsible for managing the wine cellar, replenishing our exceptional collection, and providing recommendations to our guests. Additionally, you will work closely with our Head Sommelier to develop innovative food and wine pairings that will elevate our guests' dining experience.

If you have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position within a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant, advanced proficiency in English and Greek, and extensive knowledge and certification in wine, we want to hear from you! Previous experience with POS systems, particularly Micros, is preferred.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position within a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant
• Advanced proficiency in English and Greek
• Extensive knowledge and certification in wine
• Previous experience with POS systems, preferably Micros
• Previous experience in fine dining restaurants will be considered an asset
• Extensive knowledge of spirits will be considered and asset
