Responsibilities
- Engage with Polish-speaking clients to assess their requirements and recommend appropriate digital solutions.
- Provide consultancy in English to facilitate clear communication and understanding of client expectations.
- Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations to ensure clients are adept in utilizing the solutions offered.
- Work collaboratively with clients to design and implement effective strategies that enhance their digital capabilities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay informed about industry developments and emerging technologies to advise clients effectively.
- Assist clients in troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption.
Requirements
- Fluent in Polish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a consulting or customer support role, preferably in the digital solutions domain.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices within the industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a talent for building relationships and communicating effectively.
- Proactive, self-driven individual with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset and effective problem-solving abilities.
