Responsibilities
- Engage with Irish-speaking clients to assess their needs and recommend suitable digital solutions.
- Communicate effectively in English to ensure clarity and understanding throughout the consultancy process.
- Conduct training and provide product demonstrations to empower clients with the knowledge to utilize our solutions successfully.
- Collaborate closely with clients to create and implement successful digital strategies that drive efficiency and engagement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Keep up with the latest industry trends and technologies to offer informed recommendations to clients.
- Assist clients in troubleshooting issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Irish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Experience in a consulting or customer support role, preferably within the digital or tech sectors.
- Understanding of digital marketing tools and best practices relevant to the industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship-building and client satisfaction.
- Independent and results-oriented, with strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
