Responsibilities
- Engage with Icelandic-speaking clients to fully understand their unique requirements and recommend tailored digital solutions.
- Utilize your proficiency in English to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the consultancy process.
- Facilitate training sessions and product demonstrations, empowering clients to effectively use our solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement strategies that enhance their operational efficiency.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and support.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to offer relevant insights and recommendations to clients.
- Provide assistance to clients in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure seamless experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Icelandic and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
- Demonstrable experience in a consulting or customer support role, preferably in the digital solutions field.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and best practices within the industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Proactive, self-motivated individual with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.
