We are currently in search of a Solutions Consultant fluent in Icelandic and English to join our dedicated team. This role will focus on delivering exceptional consultancy services to our clients, helping them to navigate challenges and implement tailored digital solutions that drive business success. Your linguistic skills and consultancy expertise will play a key role in fostering strong client relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Engage with Icelandic-speaking clients to fully understand their unique requirements and recommend tailored digital solutions.
  • Utilize your proficiency in English to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the consultancy process.
  • Facilitate training sessions and product demonstrations, empowering clients to effectively use our solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement strategies that enhance their operational efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and support.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to offer relevant insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Provide assistance to clients in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure seamless experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Icelandic and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
  • Demonstrable experience in a consulting or customer support role, preferably in the digital solutions field.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and best practices within the industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Proactive, self-motivated individual with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.
