Role Overview
We are looking for a Solutions Architect who can bridge technical depth with customer empathy — someone who can design scalable technical architectures for customers and clients , lead InfoSec and compliance discussions with enterprise clients, and advise on deep integrations between customer systems and the Blue Machines AI platform.
This role requires a mix of technical architecture skills, security and compliance understanding, and client-facing communication to translate business needs into deployable, production-grade AI solutions.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Architecture
- Architect end-to-end AI deployment blueprints (voice/chat/video integrations, edge agents, data pipelines, etc.).
- Create technical architecture diagrams (GCP/Azure/AWS topologies, VPC designs, microservice call flows, integration bridges, etc.).
- Evaluate customer environments and propose integration architectures (SIP/WebRTC, CRM connectors, ATS systems, etc.).
- Support PoCs and pilots — guiding both client teams and internal developers on architecture decisions.
Security, Compliance & Scalability
- Lead InfoSec conversations with enterprise customers — covering data residency, encryption, authentication, logging, and auditability.
- Align deployments with SOC 2, ISO 27001, CIS, and GDPR/DPDP controls.
- Collaborate with Apna’s Security and Platform Engineering teams to ensure secure, compliant, and high-availability deployments.
- Contribute to BCP/DR design, RTO/RPO definitions, and zero-retention data flow mappings for clients.
Technical Consultation & Customer Success
- Translate customer requirements into detailed solution proposals and integration playbooks.
- Present architecture walkthroughs, demo sessions, and solution workshops with enterprise IT and product stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Product, and AI Engineering teams to ensure seamless pre- and post-sales engagement.
- Identify opportunities for platform extension or custom solutions leveraging Blue Mach
Documentation & Evangelism
- Create high-quality architecture docs, diagrams, and Confluence-ready solution briefs.
- Represent Blue Machines in customer presentations, audits, and innovation showcases.
- Contribute to developer enablement, partner onboarding, and internal knowledge bases.
What You’ll Bring
- 5–10 years in Solution Architecture, Pre-Sales Engineering, or Platform Consulting (preferably in AI/Voice/Cloud/SaaS environments).
- Strong understanding of microservice architectures, cloud networking (VPC, Subnets, Load Balancers, IAM), and data security principles.
- Experience with GCP / AWS / Azure architecture design and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm, etc.).
- Ability to draw detailed architecture diagrams (Lucidchart, draw.io, Mermaid, or Cloudcraft).
- Familiarity with REST/gRPC APIs, WebSockets, SIP/WebRTC, and common enterprise integration patterns (Pub/Sub, Kafka, etc.).
- Comfortable in customer-facing discussions with CXOs, CISOs, and technical architects.
- Strong written and verbal communication — able to simplify complex technical ideas for diverse audiences.
- (Bonus) Experience with AI voice or conversational platforms, ISO/SOC audits, or data compliance consulting.
