We are looking for a talented Solution Engineer to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who is both technically strong and customer-oriented, with a passion for advanced technologies and delivering real business value.

Your Impact:

As a Solution Engineer, you will serve as a technical expert across our technologically advanced solutions, products, and services. You will partner closely with Sales, Project Managers, and customers to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare technical proposals, responses to RFPs/RFIs, and all supporting documentation required for sales opportunities.
  • Lead technical demonstrations, Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs), and support Project Managers throughout technical project milestones.
  • Conduct customer discovery sessions and identify key business challenges, use cases, and value opportunities.
  • Build and present comprehensive technical solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support opportunity development and solution design.

Desired Background & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer / Solution Engineer.
  • Experience and understanding of Intelligence and Cyber solutions – advantage.
  • Background or affiliation with the defense industry – advantage.
  • Experience working with fusion systems / big data platforms - advantage.
  • Proven experience writing and structuring technical solutions for RFI/RFP/tenders and quotations.
  • Successful experience working directly with customers in technical or presales environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation capabilities.
  • A self-starter with the ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Highly driven, organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and flexibility in daily work.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
