We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Officer to manage our online presence and drive engagement across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing content creation, and optimizing promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and audience interaction.

Requirements

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content, including posts, graphics, videos, and stories.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to optimize content strategy.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across social platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a strong online community.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing social media accounts and running successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics, paid advertising, and content strategy.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
