We are on the lookout for a SMM Design Team Lead to join our Design Team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the SMM design team: generate ideas, provide technical support in daily tasks, share knowledge, give regular feedback, and oversee the workflow.
- Create compelling banners for social media and contribute ideas to enhance graphics and branding.
- Maintain a consistent visual style across all SMM materials.
- Develop new templates and refine existing ones.
- Collaborate closely with SMM managers and the creative team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer, including 1+ year in a team lead role, preferably within SMM.
- Proficient in Photoshop and Figma; familiarity with Illustrator.
- Ability to deliver high-quality designs in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, and color theory.
- Creativity and a strong sense of visual trends in social media.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent team collaboration skills and the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Experience in gaming industry.
Nice to have: - Experience in 3D design and modeling.
- Experience in motion design.
- Important: Fluency in Russian
