The Village Veterinarian is a veterinarian-owned and locally led small animal hospital located in Central Washington near Lake Chelan and about an hour from Leavenworth. We’re looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join our team and work alongside our Medical Director, Dr. Barbara Fehr.

This role blends high-quality general practice with daytime urgent care, offering clinical variety and skill growth without ER burnout.

We are partnered with Associated Veterinary Partners, a veterinarian-founded organization providing operational support. Together, we invest in modern technology, continuing education, and the ongoing growth of our medical services, while preserving local leadership, legacy, and full clinical autonomy.

Hospital Hours: Monday - Friday we are open 8:30am - 4:00 pm, and closed Saturday & Sunday.

Compensation, Perks & More

• Salary: $130k - $145k, depending on experience + 20% Production
• No Negative Accrual
• 4 Weeks PTO
