In this vital entry level role, you will serve as the main point of contact for Slovenian-speaking riders and drivers, providing them with crucial support and assistance related to our ride-sharing services. Your linguistic skills will empower you to communicate effectively and deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Slovenian via phone, email, and chat
- Assist riders and drivers with questions regarding the app and services
- Document client interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries and issues
- Provide clear and concise information about ride-sharing options and policies
- Gather feedback from clients to help improve our services
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on our platform’s features
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in customer support, ideally in the tech or ride-sharing sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
