Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a great opportunity for a Slovenian Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Client's Consumer Goods Department for one of our clients! In this pivotal Entry Level role, you will be the primary contact for our Slovenian-speaking customers, providing them with outstanding support and assistance related to our consumer products. Your fluency in Slovenian will enable you to effectively engage with customers and ensure their needs are met.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Slovenian via email, phone, and chat
- Assist customers with questions regarding product information, order status, and returns
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot complex customer issues
- Provide customers with detailed product guidance and support
- Collect customer feedback to help improve products and services
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of our products and services
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A customer-centric attitude with a desire to provide exceptional service
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
