Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a Slovenian Speaking Customer Service Representative for our client's Online Retail Department. In this dynamic entry level role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Slovenian-speaking customers, providing assistance with inquiries and issues related to their online shopping experience.
Your fluency in Slovenian will be pivotal in helping customers navigate our website, understand product details, place orders, and resolve any issues they may encounter. As part of our dedicated team, you will contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary customer service in Slovenian through various channels including phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order statuses, and return/exchange requests
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively
- Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with fulfillment and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery
- Gather and relay customer feedback to improve our product range and services
- Stay updated on online retail trends, promotions, and product launches to provide informed recommendations
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovenian and English, with strong communication skills
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset
- Prior experience in customer service, especially in online retail, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Genuine interest in e-commerce and helping customers find the best solutions
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
