In this vital Entry Level role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our Slovak-speaking customers as they navigate our subscription services. Your fluency in Slovak will allow you to offer personalized assistance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Slovak via phone, email, and chat
- Assist users with questions regarding account management, billing, and service features
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex customer issues
- Provide clear information about subscription plans and benefits
- Gather customer feedback to help improve our services and processes
- Engage in training to stay current with product updates and best practices in customer support
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in subscription-based services or related fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
