In this essential Junior role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Slovak-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries and providing support regarding our diverse range of consumer goods. Your expertise in the Slovak language will be vital in ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries in Slovak via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with questions related to product information, order status, and returns
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service quality
- Provide detailed information about products and promotions to enhance customer engagement
- Collect and relay customer feedback to contribute to service enhancements
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product details and policies
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the consumer goods or retail sector
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
- Ability to efficiently handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
