In this essential Junior position role, you will provide support to our Slovak-speaking clients by assisting them in optimizing their online payment systems, ensuring they have the resources and guidance necessary for seamless transaction management.
Your primary responsibility will be to deliver personalized solutions tailored to each client's specific needs. By focusing on exceptional customer service, you will help foster strong relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout their payment journey.
Responsibilities
- Assist Slovak-speaking clients with inquiries and issues related to online payment solutions
- Conduct training sessions on payment system features and best practices to enhance client understanding
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently to maintain satisfaction
- Document all client interactions and create detailed records of support activities
- Collaborate with colleagues to tackle complex client issues and develop effective solutions
- Gather and implement feedback from clients to improve service offerings continuously
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in online payment technologies
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service and quality support
- Basic knowledge of online payment systems is a plus but not required
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client assistance
- A team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in customer service or a related role is advantageous but not mandatory
