Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sewer Lining Helper to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with basic plumbing, construction, or labor experience who wants to grow a career in the sewer and drain industry. You will work closely with experienced technicians to assist in the preparation, installation, and maintenance of sewer lining projects. Training will be provided — all you need is a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and preparation of sewer lining jobs, including staging materials and equipment
- Help measure, cut, and mix lining materials under the direction of lead technicians
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely to support installation work
- Assist with rodding, jetting, and cleaning sewer lines before lining
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite throughout the project
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
- Load and unload tools, equipment, and supplies from company vehicles
- Support the crew with additional tasks such as digging, pipe preparation, and site cleanup
Requirements
- 3+ months of plumbing, drain cleaning, or construction-related experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of rodding or drain cleaning is a plus
- Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools
- Physically fit and able to lift, bend, and work in confined spaces
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license
