About the role:
The Services Manager is the key driver of building services on site, ensuring all mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and fire systems are delivered to CDC’s standards. You’ll manage projects end-to-end—from planning through to commissioning—while coordinating contractors, resolving technical issues, and keeping everything compliant and on schedule. Acting as the main point of contact for service-related queries, you’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure quality, safety, and seamless integration across all systems.
You will work closely with our Construction Manager and Construction Coordinator on site at Maddington, Perth.

About you:
You’re an experienced Services Manager who knows how to deliver complex building services on major construction projects. You’ve worked on large-scale builds and understand the integration of electrical systems, HVAC, fire safety, hydraulics, and other critical services from design through commissioning.
Hands-on experience is a big plus—especially if you’ve come from a trade background and moved into construction management. You’re confident coordinating contractors, consultants, and internal teams, and you know how to keep services aligned with program, budget, and compliance requirements.
If you’re organised, proactive, and thrive on solving problems on site while driving delivery of critical infrastructure projects, this role is for you.
Australian Citizenship is essential - with the ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 Security Clearance.
