- 3-9 years of experience with implementation and configuration of ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (ELM), IT Business Management (ITBM), and related modules to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with legal, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and design solutions for legal operations, service portfolio management, and IT financial management.
- Configure and customize Legal Service Delivery workflows, including matter management, contract lifecycle management, and legal hold processes.
- Implement ITBM capabilities such as demand management, project portfolio management (PPM), and financial planning to align IT services with business goals.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems to enable seamless data flow and process automation.
- Develop and enforce data governance policies to ensure accuracy and compliance across legal and ITBM modules.
- Provide training and documentation to end-users and stakeholders for effective adoption of implemented solutions.
- Optimize performance and scalability of the ServiceNow platform for legal and ITBM workflows.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow’s latest features and best practices for ELM, ITBM, and related modules.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for automation, process enhancement, and cost optimization.
