Talworx is an emerging recruitment consulting and services firm, we are hiring for our client which is a leading big 4 consulting firm of the world,

  1. 6-12 years of experience with Design and Implement CSDM/CMDB Framework: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational needs.
  2. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and process owners to gather requirements, define data models, and ensure the CMDB supports business and IT service management processes.
  3. Data Governance and Quality: Establish and enforce data governance policies, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across the CMDB. Implement processes for ongoing data maintenance and reconciliation.
  4. Integration and Automation: Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow CMDB and other enterprise systems (e.g., discovery tools, monitoring systems) to automate data population and updates.
  5. CSDM Adoption and Training: Drive the adoption of the CSDM framework across the organization by providing training, documentation, and support to stakeholders and end-users.
  6. Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure ServiceNow CMDB to meet specific business requirements, including creating custom CI classes, attributes, and relationships.
  7. Discovery and Mapping: Implement and manage ServiceNow Discovery tools to identify and map Configuration Items (CIs) and their relationships, ensuring accurate representation of the IT ecosystem.
  8. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of the CMDB, ensuring it scales effectively to meet organizational growth and evolving business needs.
  9. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure the CMDB supports compliance requirements and provides accurate reporting for audits, service impact analysis, and decision-making processes.
  10. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced functionality within the CSDM/CMDB framework, and lead initiatives to implement these improvements.
