🔍 Key Responsibilities
- 🛠 Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, ensuring high-quality standards
- ⚙️ Utilize factory diagnostic tools to troubleshoot complex vehicle systems
- 📅 Work closely with service advisors to provide clear, accurate estimates
- 🧼 Maintain a clean and organized work area
- ✅ Continuously update skills and knowledge on Ford & Lincoln products
Requirements
- 🧑🔧 2+ years of automotive service experience preferred (dealership experience is a plus)
- 🚘 Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- 🛠 Basic tools are required; specialty tools provided by the dealership
- 📘 Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills
- 🔒 Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to safety
- 🏅 ASE and/or manufacturer certifications preferred
- 💻 Experience with dealer management software systems is an advantage
