Requirements

Overall 4+ Years of experience in Service Portfolio / Demand

Management Process

 Should manages a portfolio of services, focusing on demand

generation, strategic planning, and performance management

 Develop and execute service portfolio strategies, aligning with

overall business objective

 Identify and pursue new opportunities to generate demand for

services, working closely with Internal stakeholder and customer.

 Analyze and optimize the service portfolio, evaluating

performance, identifying areas for improvement, and prioritizing

initiatives. 

 Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external

stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for service

initiatives. 

 Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and report

on service performance, providing insights for improvement. 

 Work effectively with cross-functional teams, tower leads and other

stakeholders

 Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks. 

 Experience in managing projects, programs, and service

initiatives.
