- Lead the user experience design process for our products, ensuring a user-centered and data-driven approach.
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX design.
- Mentor junior UX designers and foster a collaborative design culture within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or Psychology.
- 5+ years of experience in UX design or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes and methodologies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Ability to conduct user research and usability testing effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering great user experiences.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
Core UX Skills:
- Translate research findings into actionable insights.
- Designing wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
- Ensuring consistency and accessibility across interfaces.
- Understanding typography, color theory, and grid systems.
- Tackling complex design challenges creatively and efficiently.
Tools:
- Proficiency in tools Sp. Figma, CC cloud.
- Knowledge of: Confluence, Jira and Miro.
Collaboration:
- Working cross-functionally with developers, product managers, and researchers.
- Aligning design goals with business objectives.
- Familiarity with Agile and Lean UX methodologies
- Previous Banking Industry Experience is A Plus.
