  • Lead the user experience design process for our products, ensuring a user-centered and data-driven approach.
  • Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
  • Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX design.
  • Mentor junior UX designers and foster a collaborative design culture within the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or Psychology.
  • 5+ years of experience in UX design or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Ability to conduct user research and usability testing effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering great user experiences.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.

Core UX Skills:

  • Translate research findings into actionable insights.
  • Designing wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
  • Ensuring consistency and accessibility across interfaces.
  • Understanding typography, color theory, and grid systems.
  • Tackling complex design challenges creatively and efficiently.


Tools:

  • Proficiency in tools Sp. Figma, CC cloud.
  • Knowledge of: Confluence, Jira and Miro.


Collaboration:

  • Working cross-functionally with developers, product managers, and researchers.
  • Aligning design goals with business objectives.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Lean UX methodologies
  • Previous Banking Industry Experience is A Plus.
