Overview: As a Senior Staff Product Marketing Manager with a client of Talent Worx, you will play a crucial role in shaping the marketing strategy and driving the growth of our product offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and customer support to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive market share growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.
  • Collaborate with product management to define product positioning and messaging that clearly articulates value propositions.
  • Create compelling marketing materials, including product collateral, presentations, and customer case studies.
  • Lead go-to-market initiatives for new product launches and enhancements.
  • Engage with sales teams to provide training, support, and tools necessary to effectively sell our products.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing or related fields, with a proven track record of success in driving product growth.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in the technology or software industry.
  • Strong understanding of market research methodologies and competitive analysis.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively across the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting data and deriving actionable insights.
