- Keep guests informed about current and upcoming promotions, enhancing their experience.
- Operate our POS systems, handling all card and cash transactions smoothly and accurately.
- Balance cash floats at the start and end of each shift, maintaining financial integrity.
- Help with self-collection take-away services, carefully wrapping and packing food to ensure it reaches customers in perfect condition.
- Manage delivery platform apps, processing orders promptly and effectively.
- Set up tables and service areas according to SOP, strictly adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Attend to customer inquiries and feedback, coordinating with supervisors or managers to assist when needed.
- Assist in beverage preparation and support daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain a positive personality, uphold good grooming standards, and provide outstanding customer service.
- Assist with any additional duties assigned by your supervisor or management, fostering a supportive team environment.
