Senior Property Consultant

Responsibilities:

1. Real Estate Knowledge Gathering:
• Actively gathers knowledge on real estate details and information gathering on regular basis.
• Well versed with Real Estate Knowledge and information.
2. Dealer Key Networking in Real Estate:
• Has a very strong dealer networking within the real estate industry.
• Connects and has good reputation building with the dealers in the real estate industry of Pakistan.
3. New Projects Orientation in Real Estate Industry:
• Has thorough knowledge of the upcoming projects in the real estate industry.
• Gathers information and details about the upcoming projects in the different real estate schemes.
4. Market Research & Trend Analysis in the Real Estate Industry:
• Stay updated on local market conditions, pricing trends, and competitor activity in the real estate industry.
• Conduct property appraisals to help clients understand the fair market value of a property.
5. Compliance & Legal Knowledge of the real estate industry:
• Ensure all transactions are compliant with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.
• Stay informed about changes in real estate laws, zoning laws, and regulations that may affect property transactions.

Requirements

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus.
• Candidates must have 4–5 years of experience and a valid real estate license as required by local regulations.
• Frequent traveling will be required in this role.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and property values.
• Proficiency in using real estate platforms, CRM software, and basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Strong understanding of real estate laws, contracts, and regulations.
