Requirements
About the Role
We're looking to hire our first Product Ops Manager to partner with our Product Management team to improve how we discover, plan, build, launch and learn from products. Unlike traditional delivery focussed PMOs, this role centers on the operational needs of product management—balancing customer needs, business strategy, and cross-functional coordination.
You'll work closely with product managers to increase product team effectiveness by reducing operational friction, aligning teams around shared metrics and insights, and building scalable systems that help product managers spend more time on strategy and customer impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and evolve frameworks for prioritization and roadmap alignment that scale across product lines. Implement knowledge management systems to preserve product context, decisions, and customer insights
- Partner across different product teams to establish aligned success metrics, help plan product town-halls, cross-linked quarterly roadmaps and work with delivery PMOs to ensure smooth execution without duplicating efforts
- Ensure product managers have structured access to customer and market feedback to inform their roadmaps. Design and facilitate cross-functional coordination between product, product marketing & growth marketing, sales, and customer success teams to improve launch readiness, feedback loops & go-to market alignment
- Build mechanisms for roadmap visibility and communication to different audiences (leadership, engineering, GTM teams, customers)
- Work with Product Analytics and PMs to define north star and product health metrics across teams and ensure they are used in roadmap related pre and post launch learning and reviews.
- Streamline tooling used, documentation practices across different product teams and introduce standardized templates and processes only where they reduce friction or improve clarity
- Continuously identify bottlenecks in product workflows and implement improvements that increase decision speed and reduce rework. Measure and improve product team effectiveness (e.g., decision cycle time, launch predictability, PM time spent on strategy vs admin)
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); able to use English as a working language.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 5 years of Product Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, Product Analytics, or similar roles supporting product organizations in a product-led or SaaS environment
- PMP, PRINCE2, or ACP certification is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience improving cross-team product processes, metrics alignment, or decision-making systems at scale
- Strong communication, stakeholder influence, and systems-thinking skills; comfortable driving change without direct authority
- Comfort working with product data, metrics, and experimentation frameworks (not necessarily as an analyst)
- Proficiency with product and collaboration tools such as Jira, Workday, Notion, Heap/Amplitude.
- Familiarity with AI assistants and automated workflow tools (GPT, Zapier, Make) for reporting and data synchronization.
- Nice to have: experience with AI agent tools and workflow platforms such as Dify or n8n.
Why join us?
- Be part of a diverse, globally distributed team.
- Enjoy a collaborative, transparent, and empowering culture.
- Competitive compensation and flexible working arrangements.
- Work at the forefront of SaaS innovation and make real impact.
