As a Senior Growth Marketing and Communication Officer, you will be pivotal in driving growth strategies and enhancing our brand presence in the digital landscape. This role demands a strategic mindset coupled with a hands-on approach to execute marketing campaigns that not only engage but also convert our target audiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment across all communication channels.
Your responsibilities but not limited to:
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy for product launches and major updates
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for products and features.
- Plan and execute growth initiatives and experiments (A/B testing, funnel optimization, etc).
- Drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization initiatives
- Conduct market research to identify trends, user behaviors, and competitive landscape, transforming insights into actionable marketing plans.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through metrics and KPIs, making informed recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to ensure synergy between product development and marketing efforts.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, media, and influencers, to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in growth marketing, communication, or a similar role, preferably in the tech or digital industry.
- Proven experience in leading teams
- Proven ability to design and execute successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and audience engagement.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment, managing multiple projects concurrently.
- A passion for emerging digital trends and innovative marketing practices.
