Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Roadmap:
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap aligned with company OKRs and international expansion goals.
- Identify core customer problems (vendors and buyers) and build scalable, tech-enabled solutions.
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
Execution & Ownership:
- Lead cross-functional sprints, collaborating with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
- Drive launch readiness including QA, documentation, training, and performance tracking.
- Own key product KPIs: activation rates, lead times, self-service adoption, and NPS.
Growth & Optimization:
- Improve product usability across desktop and mobile (web/app).
- Leverage user insights and data to iterate on features (e.g., white-label funnels, tiered pricing, logistics options).
- Integrate with tools used by vendors (ERP, inventory systems) and buyers (eCommerce platforms like Salla, Zid, Shopify).
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of product management experience, ideally in a marketplace, eCommerce, SaaS, or supply chain tech business.
- Experience managing cross-functional squads using Agile/Scrum.
- Data-driven mindset with comfort using tools like SQL, Mixpanel, GA, or Amplitude.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic
