Requirements

What will be your responsibilities?

·        Oversee and manage the production process for multiple film projects.

·        Collaborate with writers, directors, and other production staff to develop and create film concepts.

·        Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.

·        Hire and manage production staff, including directors, camera operators, and sound technicians.

·        Coordinate pre-production, production, and post-production activities, including location scouting, casting, and editing.

·        Ensure that all projects adhere to quality control standards and meet deadlines.

·        Work closely with marketing and distribution teams to ensure that completed films are marketed effectively.

What is required from the role?

·        At least 10 years of experience in media production, with a proven track record of managing complex projects from concept to delivery

·        Experience of working in the MENA/GCC for clients – from product launches to customer activations, you can think it all.

·        Proficient expertise in  video and audio production workflows, tools, and techniques, including camera work, lighting, sound design, and post-production

·        Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a talent for building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.

·        Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve production-related issues quickly and effectively.

·        Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

·        Bachelor's degree in film, media production, or a related field is preferred.
