Senior Planner/Scheduler

JASARA PMC is in search of an experienced and results-driven Senior Planner/Scheduler to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and monitoring detailed project schedules across various high-profile infrastructure projects.

As a Senior Planner/Scheduler, you will collaborate with project leaders and key stakeholders to ensure that all project timelines are realistic, achievable, and aligned with the overall project goals. Your expertise in advanced scheduling techniques and tools will be crucial in identifying risks, optimizing resources, and enhancing project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling within the construction or engineering sectors.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior planners/schedulers.
• Understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
