Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and talented Senior Personnel Operations Professional to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Labor Engagement team by setting goals, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and ensuring effective delegation and workload distribution.
  • Oversee personnel administration, including employee records, contracts, legal documentation, attendance, leaves, and disciplinary actions, while ensuring full compliance with labor laws, social insurance rules, and company policies.
  • Manage payroll processing, ensuring accurate salary, benefits, deduction, and bonus calculations, while identifying and resolving discrepancies and driving continuous payroll accuracy.
  • Enhance processes and optimize HR systems by implementing best practices, driving automation, improving reporting accuracy, and collaborating with IT/HRIS teams on system updates.
  • Provide employee support and communication by delivering clear HR and payroll-related information, addressing inquiries, and collaborating with HR partners to support engagement and retention.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with stakeholders across HR, audit, IT, and management to maintain documentation integrity, operational alignment, and compliance across all personnel and payroll activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any related field. 
  • 8+ years of experience in personnel and payroll management. 
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance regulations, and tax laws. 
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar systems). 
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data.
