Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a talented and experienced Senior Manager - Standards & Knowledge to join our innovative team. This role is essential in promoting high standards of practice across all business areas while ensuring that knowledge sharing is embedded within the organization. As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a framework for business standards, policies, and procedures that guide our operations and project execution. You will lead initiatives that foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that best practices are documented, disseminated, and adhered to throughout the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive standards and knowledge management framework that aligns with Qiddiya's strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with various business units to establish and enforce operational standards and quality benchmarks.
  • Facilitate training and workshops to promote awareness and understanding of standards and knowledge management processes.
  • Regularly assess and update standards and knowledge resources to reflect industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor compliance with established standards and initiate continuous improvement efforts based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Create and manage a centralized repository for all standards, policies, and knowledge resources, ensuring easy access for all staff.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, industry experts, and regulatory bodies to stay informed about emerging trends and best practices.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of standards and knowledge management initiatives, providing insights to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in standards management, quality assurance, or knowledge management roles.
  • Strong understanding of compliance, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing training programs focused on standards and knowledge sharing.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with knowledge management software and standards documentation tools.
