- Strategy & Budget: Lead overall merchandising sourcing strategy, pricing policy, and annual budgeting.
- Commercial Mgmt: Manage category assortment, new brand/product development/launches, and promotional plans to drive sales.
- Negotiation: Handle supplier contracts, margin negotiations, and quality assurance.
- Leadership: Coach the team and oversee operational execution.
- Category Strategy & Sourcing Planning
- Conduct category reviews and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop strategic sourcing plans, including supplier segmentation and negotiation.
- Product Development & Commercialisation
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle: concept, packaging, pricing, and launch.
- Align assortment and promotional plans with overall category strategy.
- Supplier Management
- Build strong partnerships with local and international suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
- Negotiate trade terms and implement cost optimisation initiatives.
- Financial & Performance Management
- Monitor sales, margin, and other income against budget (MTD/YTD).
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and maintain profitability targets.
- Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with supply chain, QA, marketing, and operations teams.
- Lead a team to deliver category growth and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Fluent in Thai and English language
- Has Online Retail knowledge and experience
- Has Global Sourcing knowledge and experience
- Has FMCG Industry knowledge and experience
- Has strong understand both online & offline merchandising understanding
