As a Senior Key Account Manager for Czechia and Slovakia, youโ€™ll play a crucial role in strengthening our presence in both markets, driving sales growth, and building long-term relationships with our key retail and distribution partners.

What youโ€™ll do:

Account Management (80%)

  • Drive sales growth through tailored strategies for existing retail accounts in Czechia and Slovakia
  • Act as the main contact, collaborating with clients on operations, marketing, and buying needs
  • Align client needs with internal teams (operations, marketing, product development)
  • Oversee customer satisfaction, sales growth, and yearly negotiations
  • Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns, monitor budgets, and manage retail promotions
  • Analyze sales, market trends, and competitor activities to create improvement plans
  • Conduct store visits to ensure proper displays and resolve issues

New Business Development (20%)

  • Identify and acquire new accounts in key regions
  • Present products to potential clients, create excitement, and guide them to the next stage of partnership
  • Develop commercial opportunities with retailers, distributors, and agents

What makes you a great fit:

  • 3โ€“5 years of key account management experience, ideally within FMCG or consumer goods
  • Proven experience managing offline retail key accounts is a must (drugstores, grocery, food retail, discounters, pharmacies; e.g. dm, Rossmann, Tesco, Globus, Penny, Albert, Billa, Lidl)
  • Strong understanding of physical retail execution (store negotiations, listings, promotions, in-store activation); pure e-commerce experience is not sufficient
  • Proven ability to work with large retail chains and navigate their complexity
  • Track record of achieving KPIs such as revenue growth, margins, and customer satisfaction
  • Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot), EDI (Grit), warehousing (Depoto), and data transfer tools (Markant) is a strong plus
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; structured, detail-oriented, and a creative problem-solver
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing startup environment
  • Fluent in Czech and English
