Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day IT operations for the E-Mobility sector, supporting the overall digital strategy
- Monitor, plan, and report on IT project progress from initiation through implementation
- Provide administrative support for IT operations, including documentation management, report preparation, and meeting coordination
- Manage relationships with vendors and external partners for IT service procurement and maintenance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business teams and external entities to ensure project success
- Analyze operational data and prepare project reports, including backlog tracking and decision support materials
- Manage departmental resources and optimize processes to enhance operational performance and continuity
Requirements
- Degree: Bachelor's in STEM or Business-related field (e.g., Technology, Informatics, Economics)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in coordination or related roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with project management tools/software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Jira)
- Experience using ServiceNow
- Familiarity with the E-Mobility sector
