MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and monitoring of renovation/fitting-out works with coordination and follow up with all parties concerned
- To conduct diagnostic and feasibility studies on retail properties
- To handle tendering and appointment of consultants, designers, architects, contractors, service providers, etc.
- Perform regular site visits for tracking works progress, monitoring the project schedule as well as ensuring the quality of work.
- To work within capital expenditure budgets and within time deadlines
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as requested.
Requirements
- Degree in Building Surveying / Building Studies or related disciplines;
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience in renovation / A&A and fitting-out project management
- Previous experience in shopping mall projects would be an advantage
- Familiar with statutory submission requirements and procedures
- Team player with a high level of responsibility & commitment
- Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese
- Well-versed in using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
