As a Senior Derivatives Analyst, you will play a critical role in solving regulatory compliance issues by leveraging advanced technology and partnering closely with clients to reduce operational risks and costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client requests and ensure timely delivery of all project deliverables
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders through clear written and verbal updates
- Evaluate project scopes and provide actionable recommendations to improve processes and execution
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure alignment and progress
- Prepare detailed project trackers and lead client meetings to report on milestones and challenges
- Identify and address gaps in processes to drive continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key business partners
- Maintain a solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards
- Perform data analytics and reporting, with a focus on large datasets, primarily using Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrate efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work
Requirements
- 2 - 4 years’ experience in a regulatory or compliance-related role
- Strong understanding of Derivatives
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to prioritize conflicting tasks and communicate clearly with clients
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills focused on quality and process improvement
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across different seniority levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
