Position overview

Seeking a dynamic and experienced (Senior) CRM Executive to join our team. As a CRM marketer, you will be joining a small team to play a key role in developing and executing innovative CRM strategy and campaigns to achieve our business objectives; and to ensure smooth customer journey within Vita Green. 

What you’ll be doing

  • Work closely with Senior/ Assistant CRM Manager, Brand, Sales and Digital teams to plan, develop and execute CRM strategy and customer roadmap to acquire, grow and nurture customers;  
  • Be Creative, advice on elevating customer journey and engagement strategy, ensure smooth customer journey within Vita Green; 
  • Personalized communication and offer by working with Marketing team to build compelling message and content, set up customer journey with Marketing Automation tools; 
  • Define campaign performance metrics, measure performance, monitor KPIs and derive actionable insights; 
  • Monitor, analyze and optimize brand and campaign performance, dig out insights for driving performance uplift; 
  • Maintain a joint campaign calendar across multiple brands and optimize for campaign synergies and ensure it is aligned with the corporate level contact strategy; 

Requirements

Who we’re looking for

    • Degree holder in Business, Marketing or similar field with at least 3 -5 years working experience in CRM field, preferably in Retail industry.
    • Experience with BI & visualization tools and strong analytical skills.
    • Expertise in CRM software(e.g. Oracle ORCE, Hubspot)
    • Experienced of developing CRM strategy and program.
    • Strong understanding of CRM, database management and segmentation.
    • Excellent communication skills with creative mindset.
    • Good communication skill and presentation skill to all levels of stakeholders.
    • Self-driven with can-do attitude and ability to deliver quality output.
    • Experienced in Digital Transformation project is a plus.
