Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering consulting projects by leading workstreams, managing junior team members, and contributing to the development of project solutions. Your role will also involve supporting business development activities and participating in internal development initiatives

Requirements

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in consulting,  with expertise in business transformation (strategy, digital, customer experience) or corporate excellence (processes, governance, performance management), or related fields

Team Collaboration: Strong ability to work as part of a team, with experience in managing and mentoring junior team members.

Client Interaction: Experience in engaging with clients, gathering requirements, and supporting project delivery.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform project solutions

Communication Skills: Fluent in both Arabic and English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel) and other relevant tools.
