Senior Business Development Executive

- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets
- Identify key market segments and potential clients for solar energy solutions
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to stay ahead of industry
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Prospect and engage with new clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase our solar services and value proposition
- Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with other businesses, government agencies, and industry stakeholders
- Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements to leverage complementary strengths and expand market reach
- Analyze customer feedback and market data to refine product offerings and pricing strategies
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on business development activities and outcomes
Requirements
- (Minimum) Diploma in any field, preferably Business fields
- Must be fluent in English, and Malay. Any other languages e.g. Chinese are appreciated
- Resourceful and detailed oriented Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Networking and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office ( Word, Excel & PowerPoint )
- Able to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
